Da Costa, Joaő

Joaő Da Costa is the chairman of the commission of Great-Brussels. The commission was responsible to petrify buildings in stone when the citizens count of Brussels dropped below 200.000. Many people left Brussels in 2030 AD leaving too many neighborhoods empty. As Brussels couldn't keep adding parcs to its city to cover up the empty spaces the commission decided to use the environment friendly procedure to petrify houses in stone. The best aspect of this, is that the procedure is cheap and reversible. Bad side is that all colors in the city fade away 1).
