Broch, Thomas

Thomas Broch is an engineer in Urbicande, he was for a long time a friend of Eugen Robick 1), and contributed much in the redesign of the city 2). Named Rapporter of the Commission of High Instances, he disappeared in 738 AT when the city was ravaged by an earthquake 3).
