Tower of the University of Montreal

Tower of the University of Montreal was finished in 1943 AD, this Art Deco structure, built on Mount Royal, has hardly ever been used, for it is constantly shaken by strange vibrations. It is most probably a point of Passage, but it may lead only to the ruins of Urbicande.
