Schuiten & Peeters : entre mémoire et imaginaire, une archéologie du futur

From Cités obscures to Revoir Paris, from Arts et Métiers metro station to Train World, cartoonist François Schuiten and scriptwriter Benoît Peeters have never stopped opening the doors to the possible. Following in the footsteps of Jules Verne and Albert Robida, their projects combine the preservation of memory with a forward-looking perspective.

At this closing event on June 19, 2023, the first day of the Building Beyond festival, François Schuiten and Benoît Peeters will be presenting their vision of a remarkable industrial site (the Belval blast furnaces in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg), the reinvention of the immense perspective designed by Le Nôtre at Meudon, and the installation in Amiens of a sculpture entitled the “Nauti-poulpe”.
