Palingenius, Elias Aureolus

Elias Aureolus Palingenius is a scholar living in the Tower, famous for his Library and his remarkable collection of paintings. Gardian of Milena, he put her and Giovanni Battista on the road to the rest of the Obscure World ¹⁾. Modern Obscure people consider him one of their greatest philosophers, and a quay on the North Shore of Urbicande was named in his honor ²⁾.
