William Davis is the deputy Advisor of the most important labour union. He managed to arrange that workers at the southern factory don't need to work more than 3 hours and are allowed to listen to music. While talking to his wife Kelly his transportation breaks down. His ride is disassembled to use its part in a steam machine running on mushrooms. It seems he is facing the same situation as his predecessor Ronald Kris. ¹⁾.
