Urbatect in the Obscure World

Urbatect in the Obscure World. Architectural comics by François Schuiten & Benoît Peeters is an exhibition in the Estionan museum of architecture in Tallinn. The exhibition will be held from June 18th until at least October 4th, 2020 and hopefully November 8th 2020 1).

The exhibition revolves around the Obscure Cities (Les Cités obscures), graphic novel by François Schuiten and Benoît Peeters. Emphasis will be placed on architectural concepts and will present new serigraphs and original drawings by Brüsel and La Frontière invisible. videos of the work process and digital images will also be on display. Benoît Peeters – the graphic novelist of the series – will give a conference about Obscure Cities at 8th of September.

A translated edition of La Fiévre d´Urbicande in Estonian (Rahutus Urbicande´is) will be published in June with the exhibition.
