Métamorphoses de la cuisine is a conference series by Benoît Peeters in the museum Arts et Métiers. The topic of this series is Metamorphoses in the kitchen. Benoît Peeters, associate professor at Cnam and author of the culinary autobiography Comme un chef (in collaboration with Aurélia Aurita) will approach cooking in an open and rigorous way, as a complete cultural and social phenomenon 1).
