Kempeneers, Michel

Michel Kempeneers is a Belgian recherchist living in Leuven. A precious source of information on local terms, and a very dedicated proof reader. He conducted an interview with Schuiten and Peeters for the De Standaard newspaper of April 22, 1999. One of the participants to the first two Obscure Convention.
