Zara

Zara is the fifth of the Hollow Earths. It is made of two concentric shells, of which only the external one rotates, on an horizontal axis. The space between the two crusts is dimly lit from the outside through translucent rocks. The cliffs of the inner sphere are inhabited by the all-women race of the Gammes and a powerful source of Light lies at its center 1). The word zara means “the she-stranger” in Hebrew.
