De Felice, F.B.

Fortunato Bartholomeo De Felice (1723 - 1789) is a publisher and encyclopedist. He wrote an article in the special edition of L'Echo des Cités about two mountaineers who has climbed the rocky slopes of Cordillera In Folio.

He also warned that the Authorities are investigating to take actions against gathering of bibliophiles in Yverdon-Les-Ombres.
