Sodrovno-Voldachian paleo-cartograph. Generally called “Monsieur Paul”. One of the main administrator of the Center for Cartography. Working there for over 40 years. He is the head of the department where Roland works. When the marshal Radisic arrives he doesn't agree with the plans to open the Center for Cartography for the public. He gets fired and Roland replaces him. He hides in the basements of the Center to able to stay in the Center. ¹.
